1. Introduction and Definitions

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

This document, the “Terms and Conditions” or “T&C,” constitutes a legally binding contract between you, the “User,” and, the owner and operator of the website (the “Website”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, including without limitation, any services offered on the Website, or by clicking an “Accept” or similar button, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C. If a User does not agree to these T&C, they should refrain from using the Website. This agreement becomes effective on the date of the User’s first use of the Website.

1.2. Changes to Terms

The Website reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these T&C at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated T&C on the Website or by notifying Users via email or through a prominent on-site notification, with a reasonable notice period of at least three days before the changes take effect. A User’s continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes their acceptance of the revised T&C. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the T&C to stay informed of updates.

1.3. Definitions

Website: Refers to the online platform owned and operated by, including all content, features, and services available through the domain.
User: Refers to any individual, entity, or automated system that accesses, uses, or interacts with the Website.
Vendor: Refers to a business or individual, such as an automotive detailer, workshop, or custom-build center, listed in the Directory.
Content: Refers to all materials, including text, graphics, images, videos, audio files, software, and data, available on the Website.
Website Content: Refers to all original Content created, published, or licensed by the Website, including news stories, expert reviews, blogs, and the Website’s design and branding.
User-Generated Content (UGC): Refers to all Content submitted, uploaded, or shared by Users, such as comments, forum posts, or ratings.
Vendor-Provided Information (VPI): Refers to all Content, including business names, logos, descriptions, addresses, pricing, and contact information, that a Vendor provides directly or claims for their listing in the Directory.
Directory: Refers to the section of the Website that lists and provides information on third-party Vendors.
Lead Form: Refers to the electronic forms on the Website, including ‘Contact Us’ and vendor-specific forms, through which a User can submit personal information to be contacted by the Website or connected with a specific Vendor.

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Ownership

2.1. Website Intellectual Property

All Website Content, including without limitation, all designs, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and the compilation of the Directory, is the exclusive intellectual property of or its licensors. This intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of India and international treaties. The Website asserts its full rights over its property and its original content. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works of the Website Content is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of the Website.

2.2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

The Website allows Users to submit UGC, such as comments or forum posts. Users are solely responsible for their UGC and must ensure it complies with the Website’s community guidelines and all applicable laws. By submitting UGC, the User grants the Website a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the UGC for any purpose. The Website reserves the right to remove, modify, or refuse to publish any UGC that violates these T&C or is deemed inappropriate or illegal.

2.3. Vendor-Provided Information (VPI)

The Website hosts VPI, which may be sourced from a Vendor’s public website or provided directly by the Vendor. The Vendor retains all ownership of their VPI, including any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights associated with their business name, logo, or proprietary descriptions. By providing VPI or claiming a listing, the Vendor grants the Website a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and publish the VPI on the Website and in related promotional materials for the sole purpose of the Directory service. This license is granted to enable the Website to fulfill its service of listing and marketing the Vendor’s business to Users.

3. The Automotive Directory and Vendor Listings

3.1. Nature of the Directory Service

The Directory is a service provided for informational purposes only. It functions as a passive conduit for information, enabling Users to find details about third-party Vendors. The inclusion of a Vendor in the Directory does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, verification, or guarantee of quality by the Website. The Website does not, and cannot, control the services, products, or professional activities of any listed Vendor. Users are solely responsible for exercising their own independent judgment and conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any Vendor.

3.2. Prohibited Use and Vendor Conduct

Users and Vendors are prohibited from using the Website or the Directory for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading VPI.
Using the Website to violate the rights of other Users, including privacy rights.
Collecting or harvesting personal information or data from the Website for commercial solicitation or spam purposes.
Posting violent, crude, or obscene content, or engaging in hate speech or harassment.

3.3. Vendor Representations and Warranties

Any Vendor who claims a listing or provides VPI warrants and represents that:

All VPI provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
They have the full right, power, and authority to provide the VPI and grant the license in Section 2.3.22
They are solely and exclusively responsible for all Content submitted by or on their behalf.
The VPI does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

3.4. Dispute and Grievance Mechanism

In compliance with applicable laws, the Website provides a formal grievance redressal mechanism. If a User believes that a Vendor listing contains inaccurate or unlawful information, they may report it to the Website. Upon receipt of a formal complaint, the Website will undertake a due diligence process to review the claim and, where appropriate, take action to remove or correct the offending VPI. The Website reserves the right to terminate a Vendor’s listing or a User’s access for persistent non-compliance or breach of these T&C.

3.5. Lead Generation Service and User Data

The Website provides a Lead Form service, which allows Users to submit their contact information and other personal data to be contacted by the Website or connected with a Vendor. By submitting a Lead Form, the User expressly and unambiguously consents to the Website collecting, storing, and processing their personal data for the purpose of initiating contact with the User and/or sharing that data with the relevant Vendor.

The Website is not a party to any agreement or transaction between a User and a Vendor. While the Website may connect a User with a Vendor, it does not endorse, guarantee, or take any responsibility for the Vendor’s services, quality of work, or professional conduct. Any subsequent communications, agreements, or transactions between a User and a Vendor are exclusively between those two parties, and the Website disclaims all liability related to such interactions.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1. General Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Website disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Website does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Website is not liable for any service disruptions or errors, regardless of cause, including those caused by maintenance, upgrades, or technical malfunctions. Users expressly agree that their use of the Website and its services is at their sole risk.

4.2. Disclaimer for News, Reviews, and Opinions

All news stories, expert reviews, blogs, and other editorial content on the Website are for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Website and its authors do not provide professional, financial, or mechanical advice. The views expressed in any editorial or expert review are solely those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the official views, policies, or endorsements of the Website. The Website disclaims any liability for damages or losses that may arise from reliance on such Content, including but not limited to any decisions a User makes based on the information or opinions published.

4.3. Disclaimer for VPI and Data Errors

The Website is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any VPI displayed in the Directory. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing information, product descriptions, service details, and contact information. The Website makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Directory. Any vehicle images, descriptions, or data provided by Vendors are representations and may not reflect the actual vehicle or service. It is the User’s sole responsibility to verify all details directly with the Vendor before making any purchase or service decisions. The Website shall have the right to refuse or cancel any listing with an incorrect price or other data errors. This disclaimer extends to information submitted by Users through a Lead Form; the Website is not responsible for the accuracy of any personal or contact information provided by a User.

5. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

5.1. Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5.2. Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, and controversies arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in, India. By agreeing to these T&C, the User and Vendor waive any right to object to the jurisdiction of these courts.

5.3. Indemnification

The User and/or Vendor agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website, its owners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

The User’s or Vendor’s breach of these T&C.
Any VPI or UGC submitted by the User or Vendor.
Any claims of copyright or intellectual property infringement related to VPI or UGC.
Any harm caused to a third party by the User’s or Vendor’s use of the Website.

6. General Provisions and Other Policies

6.1. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these T&C will remain in full force and effect.

6.2. Links to Other Policies

These T&C explicitly incorporate and reference other key legal documents, including the Website’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. 6.3. Termination

The Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s or Vendor’s access to the Website at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, particularly in the event of a breach of these T&C.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Information We Collect

The Website collects personal data, which is defined as any information that can be used to identify an individual. We collect this information from our users and website visitors only when it is voluntarily provided to us. This includes:

Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number, which you provide through a ‘Contact Us’ or Lead Form.
Correspondence: The content of messages and attachments you send us through forms or direct communication.
Technical Data: Information automatically collected from your device, such as your IP address, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, and referral pages. This data is collected through log files and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Lead Generation: To connect you with our listed Vendors. By submitting a Lead Form, you consent to us sharing your personal data with the relevant Vendor to enable them to respond to your inquiry.
For Analytics: Technical data collected is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement on the website, and gather demographic information to improve our services.
To Comply with Law: We may use and retain your personal data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, and prevent fraud and abuse.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with a legal obligation.

7.3. Your Rights as a Data Principal

As a User and Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
